Our Brushed & Oiled engineered flooring has 220 mm wide boards with a thickness of 14 mm and a 3 mm wear layer and lengths of 2200 mm. The pack will contain 1 split board.
This floor can be installed as a floating floor or secured directly to the sub floor with no underlay. It has a tongue and groove fixing system. This is a natural product with a semi-antique grading, it will have larger knots and sapwood and will vary in colour.
This has been brushed and then finished with a natural oil and has natural medium oak tones. The brushing will bring up a slight texture and the oil gives it a matte finish.
The sub floor must be flat, dry and free of debris. Manufacturer guidelines need to be followed at all times when installing your new floor.
