Floorsave offers a range of solid wood flooring. We sell solid oak flooring in a variety of widths and finishes, solid wooden floors that can cater to all your flooring needs. In common with our engineered boards, solid wood flooring has grain variance in the boards along with colour variation and knots, as they are all rustic grade.
Longevity of Solid Oak Flooring.
Oak solid flooring is long-lasting and can be sanded down and re-oiled/lacquered many times as the boards are all 18mm thick, making it feel like you’re getting a new floor again and again. These boards could last many generations in a family home so this can make the purchase a real long-term investment.
Solid Wood Flooring Fitting.
Our solid oak flooring starts at 90mm wide to 150mm boards, all with random lengths. We recommend that all solid flooring is fully secured, either with a flexible flooring adhesive, tongue tites or secret nailed to the subfloor, there is no feeling of movement, just a secure solid base and that wonderful natural feeling underfoot.
