The fitting of multi-ply on underlay is the same as fitting any laminate floor. Once a suitable underlay is rolled/placed on the sub-floor the multi-ply engineered flooring can be laid as a floating floor on top.

Due to the fact that the majority of this type of flooring uses the tongue and groove system, the installation will involve the use of a PVA D3 Adhesive in the groove of the wood. There may be a small percentage of products on the market that are currently click system.

Once the PVA D3 Adhesive has been placed in the groove and the board installed into place the use of tension straps is essential to prevent any of the boards moving out of place. Please follow the manufacturer's guidelines when you are fitting any wood or laminate flooring product.
