| Milled from the highest quality European oak, this solid oak wood flooring comes in extra strong, premium 20mm thick boards. These are then brushed with steel, rotary brushes along the direction of the grain which removes splinters and opens the surface of the wood allowing the finishing oil to penetrate thoroughly. The oiled finish gives a beautifully natural, matt appearance whilst also providing a robust protection from normal usage, spillages etc. An enhanced maxi bevel on all 4 sides gives definition to each plank while the rustic grade allows for some colour variation, knots, dark grain, small splits and other imperfections that lend a genuinely unique character to your floor. |
